CLEANBOOK ACCOUNT DELETION

CleanBook users can permanently delete their CleanBook account and associated synced business data.
HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE CLEANBOOK APP
You can delete your account directly from the CleanBook mobile app.
1. Open CleanBook.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to More.
4. Select Your Account.
5. Select Delete Account.
6. Read the deletion information and complete the confirmation steps.
Once the deletion request has been successfully processed, your CleanBook account will be permanently deleted.
WHAT DATA IS DELETED
When account deletion is successfully completed, CleanBook initiates deletion of the account and associated synced CleanBook business data.
Depending on the information you have stored in CleanBook, this may include:
• Account profile information
• Business profile information
• Client information
• Client addresses and contact details
• Cleaning schedules
• Recurring cleaning arrangements
• Appointments and cleaning history
• Payment records
• Expense records
• Team member information
• Cleaner assignments
• Business settings and preferences
• Message templates
• Feedback associated with the account
CleanBook also clears applicable account-related information controlled locally by the application, including local authentication/session information, encrypted offline application data, synchronisation data, scheduled CleanBook notifications and app-controlled temporary files.
DATA THAT MAY NOT BE DELETED BY CLEANBOOK
Some information is handled independently by third-party service providers and may be retained according to their legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or operational requirements.
This may include:
• Google Play purchase and subscription transaction records
• RevenueCat subscription and entitlement history
• Records that a service provider is legally required to retain
Files or backups that you deliberately exported from CleanBook and saved elsewhere on your device, cloud storage or another application are not automatically deleted. You must delete those separately if required.
GOOGLE PLAY SUBSCRIPTIONS
IMPORTANT:
Deleting your CleanBook account does not automatically cancel an active CleanBook Pro subscription purchased through Google Play.
If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it separately through your Google Play subscriptions.
Cancelling a subscription and deleting a CleanBook account are separate actions.
REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION WITHOUT USING THE APP
If you cannot access CleanBook but would like to request deletion of your CleanBook account, contact us using the email address below.
Please contact us from the email address associated with your CleanBook account so that we can verify the request before taking action.

In your message, state that you would like your CleanBook account to be permanently deleted.
For security reasons, we may need to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing a deletion request.
