Delete Instructions
You can delete your account directly within the Clean Car app. Go to your Profile, scroll down, and you will find the "Delete My Account" button located below the "Logout" button. Tapping this will begin the account deletion process.

Delete Scope
When you delete your account, the following personal data stored by Clean Car will be permanently erased from our primary systems:

• Your personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number, address).

• Your complete history of service orders and appointments.

Please note that we cannot delete data that has already been shared with and is stored by third-party services we rely on, such as Firebase (for analytics and crash reporting), as this data is managed under their respective privacy policies.

Retrieval of Data
Once your account deletion request is processed, your personal data and service history are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved, restored, or recovered. You would need to create a new account to use Clean Car's services again.

Future Changes
Our data retention and deletion policies may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. We will notify users of any significant changes via the app or email.

تعليمات الحذف
يمكنك حذف حسابك مباشرة من داخل تطبيق "كلين كار". انتقل إلى ملفك الشخصي، ثم مرر الشاشة لأسفل، وستجد زر "حذف حسابي" أسفل زر "تسجيل الخروج". النقر على هذا الزر سيبدأ عملية حذف الحساب.

نطاق الحذف
عند حذف حسابك، سيتم محو البيانات الشخصية التالية المخزنة بواسطة "كلين كار" بشكل دائم من أنظمتنا الأساسية:

• معلوماتك الشخصية (مثل الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف، والعنوان).

• السجل الكامل لطلبات الخدمة والمواعيد الخاصة بك.

يرجى ملاحظة أننا لا نستطيع حذف البيانات التي تم بالفعل مشاركتها وتخزينها بواسطة خدمات الطرف الثالث التي نعتمد عليها، مثل "فايربيز" (لتحليل البيانات وتقارير الأعطال)، حيث تتم إدارة هذه البيانات بموجب سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

استرجاع البيانات
بمجرد معالجة طلب حذف حسابك، يتم حذف بياناتك الشخصية وسجل خدماتك بشكل دائم ولا يمكن استرجاعها أو استعادتها. ستحتاج إلى إنشاء حساب جديد لاستخدام خدمات "كلين كار" مرة أخرى.

التغييرات المستقبلية
قد يتم تحديث سياسات الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها بين الحين والآخر لتعكس التغييرات في خدماتنا أو الالتزامات القانونية. وسنقوم بإخطار المستخدمين بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني.
