These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Claw VPN ("the App"), operated by Claw VPN. By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 (and never below the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and legally able to enter into these Terms. The App is intended for lawful personal use only.
Claw VPN provides a free VPN that encrypts and routes your connection through a secure VPN server using the IKEv2/IPsec protocol. The service is free: you receive free connection time ("credit") through daily rewards you can claim in the App. Connection time, servers, limits, and reward amounts may change at any time.
A guest account is created automatically from a device identifier; no registration is required.
You may optionally sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account/device.
Credit is a virtual, limited license to use the service. It has no monetary value, is not redeemable for cash, and is non-transferable.
We may adjust, expire, or revoke credit, and we may verify reward claims server-side to prevent fraud.
Attempting to obtain credit by fraudulent, automated, or manipulative means is prohibited and may result in termination.
The App may offer optional paid features or premium servers. Purchases are processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Recurring subscriptions, if any, renew until cancelled in your store account.
You agree NOT to use the App to:
Break any law or regulation, or infringe others' rights.
Send spam or malware, hack, scan, or attack any network or system.
Distribute illegal content or facilitate illegal activity.
Resell, abuse, overload, or interfere with the service or other users.
Circumvent ad-reward, credit, geographic, or security mechanisms.
VPN technology may be restricted or illegal in some jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws that apply to you.
We have zero tolerance for use of the App to commit crimes or cause harm. If we detect, or are credibly notified of, use of the App for unlawful or harmful purposes — including but not limited to hacking or network attacks, fraud, distribution of malware, child sexual abuse material, terrorism, threats or harassment, or other serious illegal activity — we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:
immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and revoke any remaining credit;
preserve the limited account and connection metadata we hold (we do NOT keep your browsing or traffic content — see the Privacy Policy);
cooperate with and respond to lawful requests from, and proactively report the matter to, law enforcement and the competent authorities of the relevant jurisdiction, to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for your own conduct and for any content or activity transmitted through the App. You acknowledge that such misuse may expose you to civil and criminal liability, and that we assume no responsibility for how you choose to use the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, specific speeds, server availability, or that the App will make you anonymous.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are a connectivity tool only and are not responsible for the lawfulness of your activities or for any content you access, transmit, or store while using the App.
The App relies on third-party services (for example Google Firebase, and the Google Play and Apple platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for: (a) third-party websites, apps, or content you reach through the VPN; or (b) the availability, performance, acts, or data practices of third-party services and SDKs, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies (see our Privacy Policy). Any dealings you have with third parties are solely between you and them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claw VPN and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD 50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Claw VPN, its officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the App at any time.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at support@clawvpn.website. Because a guest account is identified only by a device/installation identifier (no email or name on file), please include that Installation ID in your request so we can locate and delete the correct records. We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. You may also clear the App's data or uninstall the App at any time to stop further data collection on your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at support@clawvpn.website so we can try to resolve it informally and in good faith. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Claw VPN regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
