Claudius is a productivity tool providing AI-assisted responses.

You agree not to use the application:

• For unlawful activities

• To generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content

• In violation of third-party terms of service

2. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by AI models:

• May be inaccurate or incomplete

• Should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or medical advice

• Require user verification before reliance

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment is charged through your Apple ID account.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

All billing is handled by Apple.

4. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• AI output inaccuracies

• Data loss caused by system failure

• Third-party service interruptions

5. Intellectual Property

The Claudius application design, interface, and branding are protected intellectual property.

AI-generated content belongs to the user, subject to the terms of the respective AI provider.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the application if these terms are violated.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
