I support institutions, NGOs, technical partners and civil society organizations that want to understand governance challenges and act effectively. My approach is systemic, across space and time: I analyze the past factors that produced the current situation, connect the local, national and international levels, and build scenarios to inform your decisions. My experience includes projects with GIZ (DémoLoc) and IFES, and leading the country office of the Observatory of Democracy in Africa.
