At Classy Thought, we take great care to ensure that every fabric and product goes through a strict quality check for accurate measurements, defect-free designs/prints, and undamaged, unworn condition before dispatch.
Please note:
Due to professional camera and lighting, exact product colour may slightly vary from what you see on screen. Such variations in colour will not be considered a defect.
All our products are freshly sourced and delivered directly to customers at fair prices. Therefore, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.

In rare cases where your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange.
Important:
📌 An opening/unpacking video (from the moment of opening the sealed parcel, without cuts/edits) is mandatory to claim an exchange. Without this video, no exchange will be processed.
Exchange is allowed only in case of damage/defect at the time of delivery.
Exchange with the same or a different design is permitted if the price of both items is the same. If the new item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference. However, if the new item has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.
Exchange is subject to stock availability at the time we receive your request.
Fabric that is abruptly torn, loosely woven in parts, or has an unusable weave.
Visible, substantial damage in print, texture, or colours that is clearly noticeable when the product is first unpacked (and shown in the opening video).
Not considered as defects:
Minor irregularities in block/hand-printed products (as they are artisanal and hand-made).
Slight colour variations due to camera/lighting.
Size or measurement issues are not considered defects. For unstitched fabrics, measurements are clearly mentioned in the product description. For stitched/readymade items, customers are advised to carefully check the size chart before placing an order, as exchanges will not be accepted for size-related issues.
Product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in original condition with packaging.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
To cancel or modify the shipping address, please contact us immediately at the customer care number before the order is processed.
For prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI), refunds will be initiated back to the source account within 7–10 working days from the time of cancellation confirmation.
All orders are processed and dispatched within the handling time.
Delivery may take 7–12 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Customers will receive a tracking link once the order is shipped.
