At Classy Thought, we currently accept payments manually to ensure smooth and secure transactions for all our customers.Please read our payment policy carefully before placing an order:

• No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not provide Cash on Delivery services.

• Online Payments Only: All payments must be made online through UPI, Net Banking, or other approved digital payment methods shared with you at the time of order confirmation.

• Manual Payment Process:

  1. Once you place your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp/Email/Phone with the payment details.

  2. After you complete the payment, please share a screenshot/transaction ID with us as proof of payment.

  3. Your order will be confirmed only after the payment is received and verified.

• No Partial Payments: Orders will only be shipped after the full payment is received.

• Payment Security: We request customers to make payments only to the official account details shared directly from Classy Thought. We are not responsible for payments made to any third-party or unofficial account.

• Refunds (if applicable): Any eligible refund (due to cancellation within 24 hours) will be processed back to the same account from which the payment was made, within 7–10 working days.
