Can't Log In as a Student?
If you're having trouble logging in, reach out to your Google Workspace for Education admin. They can assist you with resolving any login issues and guide you through the process.
Trouble Accessing Your Child's Account as a Guardian?
If you can't access your child's account, you can sign in using their personal Google Education account through the Google Classroom app. Make sure you have their email and password. You may need to add the account to your device through the settings on Android or iOS if it's not already there.
Getting an Error with the Google Classroom App?
Try these steps:
Go to Settings > Apps > Google Classroom > Storage and clear all data.
Ensure your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is working.
Update the Google Classroom app from the Google Play Store.
If you receive an error message like, “We are sorry, but you do not have access to Classroom,” make sure you've added a security password (like a PIN, fingerprint, or pattern) in your phone’s settings. This is a requirement for the app.
Follow these steps to help your child access their Google Classroom account:
Go to classroom.google.com on a browser.
Sign in with your child's username and password.

Select "Student" as your role.
Click on the class name to enter the class page.
