Scouts BSA Uniforms
With regard to Class-A uniforms, the following applies:
The full Class-A uniform consists of:
Tan BSA shirt
Green BSA pants
Troop Neckerchief (award neckerchiefs can be worn always)
BSA green belt (Black or Brown acceptable)
Troop hat
Merit Badge Sash with all rewarded badges
And awards received
Rank insignia
OA sash if in the OA
Please note that uniforms inspections are held on the first meeting of the month, if subject to change, you will be informed.

Class-B uniforms consist of shirts that might be t-shirts, polo shirts, or sweatshirts. These may be issued at certain events or may be purchased through most Scouting retail venues. It is generally advisable for boys to bring a Class-B uniform at all Troop meetings and Troop-related activities where a Class-A is not required. The Troop may purchase and have for sale official Pack 251 Class-B Shirts.
The Scouts BSA Uniform List
In a nutshell, the Scouts BSA uniform consists of some basic staples:
Top: The official tan uniform shirt is available with long or short sleeves and has button-flap pockets
Bottom: You have a few options available for these and we break them all down below!
Belt: Official green web belt with metal buckle
Cap: Official green hat
Socks: Official socks are available in three lengths: ankle, crew, and knee. Tiger socks have an orange band on the top.
Neckerchief and Neckerchief Slide: There are many neckwear options for the Scouts BSA program, all decided on as a Troop. Chat with your Troop Leaders to make sure you grab the proper neckwear.
Insignia
Council Shoulder Patch or CSP (denotes which council you are a part of)
Shoulder Loops
World Crest Emblem
Optional World Crest ring
Unit Numerals (Patrol Emblems come later)
