Payment
Payment is split 50% upfront (after shareing the base model / initial concept for approval) and 50% upon final completion.
All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
If the commission is cancelled after I’ve begun, the initial 50% deposit is not refunded.
Revisions
You are entitled to up to 3 changes after the completed model is delivered.
Changes cover minor adjustments such as color tweaks, small detail changes, or slight proportion corrections.
Major Changes like redesigns, adding/removing significant elements, or style changes beyond the agreed concept are considered additional work and may incur an extra fee (we’ll discuss pricing and scope beforehand).
Delivery
Final product will be delivered after the remaining payment is received.
Standard delivery includes the main file format (.bbmodel or the format we agreed on) + a .png.
Additional file formats are available on request at no extra cost whenever possible.
Usage Rights & Artist Rights
You receive full personal and commercial usage rights for the finished model (e.g., in games, projects, content creation, etc.).
You may not resell the model as a standalone asset or product.
You may not present the work as your own creation (crediting the artist is appreciated but not required).
I reserve the right to showcase the commission on my portfolio, social media, and other platforms (progress shots, final renders, etc.) unless you explicitly request otherwise.
If your project requires privacy (NDA, contract, or similar), please let me know before we start, I’m happy to sign reasonable agreements.
