The primary body in Clackamas County for approving applications to use or build on real property. County staff sends notifications to the Clarkes-Highland CPO about applications or proposals in our area.

The grange is a local fraternal organization that provides a wide range of philanthropic and community services for residents in the Clarkes-Highland area. While the grange rents its hall for private parties and events, it provides free use of the hall for CPO meetings.
