The last update to the bylaws of the Clarkes-Highland Community Planning Organization was more than 15 years ago. Multiple changes occurred in our community and our state since the CPO's last bylaws were adopted in 2007. After a time-consuming process of community notification and collaboration with county staff, the Clarkes-Highland CPO adopted new, revised bylaws in Febuary 2024.

County rules require CPO bylaws to be reviewed and approved by the county prior to adoption by the CPO. The Board of County Commissioners approved the bylaws in January.
