I am a Ph.D. candidate in Management and Strategy at Bocconi University. My research examines how evaluative systems shape organizational behavior and market dynamics. I am particularly interested in how organizations navigate environments characterized by multiple, evolving, and often competing forms of evaluation, such as rankings, ratings, awards, and reviews. Across my work, I study how these evaluations influence organizational decision making, strategic adaptation, and competition, as well as how evaluators themselves interact and shape one another's behavior. Drawing on strategy and organization theory, I employ quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method approaches to investigate these questions across a variety of empirical settings. I also enjoy teaching management and strategy through discussion-based and case-driven learning that connects theoretical frameworks to real-world organizational challenges.
