It has been so amazing to foster a community for Latinx Pre-Law students that uplift each other professionally, culturally, and personally. Building connections like this through CLAP has been so rewarding and positive. I am so thrilled to continue it this year!

 CLAP has added to my Cornell experience by allowing me to belong to a supportive Latinx community with the same interests as me. It has also given me preparation for my future in law.

CLAP has made my Cornell experience extremely welcoming especially as a transfer student because of the sense of community and support within CLAP.

How Has CLAP added to your Cornell experience?:

Being in CLAP has enabled me to feel more confident in my future aspiration of becoming a lawyer. Not only do I have a community that I can come to for support and guidance, but the events CLAP has hosted have been so helpful in critically thinking about law school and the area of law I might be interested in.

Fun Fact: I've been playing piano for around eight years now and can immediately sight-read almost any piece someone gives me!
