Clairmont-Four Seasons are housing developments located in Liverpool, New York in the Town of Clay. It was erected in the 1960s, where Clairmont Farms and Clairmont Park were created to house the growing number of families moving into Syracuse area, especially residents that worked for General Electric.
The neighborhood has evolved into a mix of retirees, young families, and blended families. With the rich diversification of the neighborhood, it keeps it vibrant and desirable for those seeking a close-knit community. Some of the residents are original owners; some are second generation who enjoy the location and hominess of Clairmont-Four Seasons.
The Homeowners Association was created when the new residents needed utilities and services such as street lights, mail boxes located in front of their homes, and other public necessities. Four Seasons was built several years later, as it families moved, they also needed similar services, so its residents requested to be included in the Clairmont group. The By-Laws were revised and ratified to create the Clairmont-FourSeason homeowners association.
Due to decreasing interest in homeowners from the Four Seasons development they have been removed from the HOA and are no longer serviced by it. This leaves a total of 12 areas which are serviced by the Clairmont HOA totaling just over 200 homes!
