Events

The Clairmont Community Association provides a number of FREE events to our Members:

• Clairmont Winterfest and Chili Cook-Off

  • Saturday February 2024 Noon to 2pm

  • $50 Wegmans Gift Card for the winner and $25 runner up of the chili cook-off!

• After Easter Easter egg hunt in the Clairmont Park (The Saturday after Easter)

  • • Sunday April 7, 2023=4 @ 1pm 

• Neighborhood Yard Sale (Typically First Weekend in June) 

  • • CANCELLING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO LOW PARTICIPATION

• Water Rodeo including water balloons, water squirters and more for all (Typically in July) 

  • • Saturday July 20 from 2pm to 4pm

    • Rain/cold Date Sunday July 21 from 2pm to 4pm

• Community Picnic (Thursday in August)

  • • Thursday Aug TBD starting at 6pm

    • Rain Date Friday Aug TBD starting at 6pm

    • We will be having the Skippy ice cream truck again this year with one item per person covered by Neighborhood Watch.

    • Also our neighbor Alyson Lawson will be face painting!

• Outdoor Movie Nights (Typically at least one in June) - Movie is TBD - Family Friendly All Ages - MOSQUTIOES

  • • Friday TBD at 8pm 

    • Rain Date Saturday TBD at 8pm

    • We are going to have the movie at Black Oak Circle which was much better in regards to mosquitoes last year! 

• Halloween Parade the weekend before Halloween (Saturday October TBD w/ rain date of Sunday October TBD) at 2pm

  • • Saturday Oct. 26 @ 2pm (Rain Date Sunday Oct. 27 @ 2pm)

    • Parade Starts at Black Oak Circle and heads to Clairmont Park via Royal Meadow Dr.

    • Bagged donut holes and apple juice boxes will be served 

    • Pumpkins and silly face stickers will be made available at the park after the parade and if it's nice can be decorated at the park

    • NEW --- We will be awarding a prize to the favorite painted pumpkin and favorite carved pumpkin on Halloween Night. The Officer(s) will judge the pumpkins after 5pm Halloween eve (October 30) and the winners will be announced on Facebook on Halloween, after 8pm likely.

• Holiday Luminaries and Wreaths (December to February (?))

Possible Future Events:

• Winter Sleigh/Wagon Ride through Development (January or February)

• Dancing Under the Stars (July or August)

• Bingo in the park all ages young and old with prizes and snacks

• Playground time May through October every other week (arts and crafts, bubbles, bike ride, music, snacks, etc.)
