I have a passion for building and fixing things! From a young age, I loved taking things apart to understand how they worked and putting them back together in enhanced ways. This curiosity and drive for improvement have carried into my professional career, where I continuously find ways to optimize and enhance roles, teams, and organizations. I believe the "how" is just as important as the "what" when it comes to driving change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Mollie and our three kids, working on project cars, and traveling. Originally from Cleveland, OH, I now proudly call Austin, TX home.
