Volunteer Information

To all teachers, coaches, school and parish employees and volunteers: The Office for Child and Office of Child and Youth Protection feels very strongly that through a solid partnership between parents/guardians and schools, we can successfully create a network of protection around your children. All volunteers are required to have a Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Clearance on file,  attend a safe environment class and complete the online Mandated Reporter Training. (Once you have completed your trainings and have received your clearances, please print out and submit to Donna Leonard (Office Manager for CJF) at the Church Rectory or via the main school office).

Federal Background Check / Fingerprints (if you have lived in the state of PA for the last 10 years, you can complete the form found below instead of completing a federal background check and fingerprints.)

*The Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance are now free for volunteers!  The Federal Fingerprint Check the fee remains unchanged.  These clearances must be updated every 5 years.

*At this time, the Protecting God's Children and Mandated Reporter trainings are a one and done class. They do not need to be updated unless notified to do so.
