GET STARTED
1. Open Capture and complete the short onboarding once.
2. Tap Open camera, take the photo, add only the context you need, and save.
3. Open Records to review the saved item or add it to a case.
4. Use Share PDF when you need a portable copy.
PHOTO ACCESS
The first 10 successfully saved photo records are included. Canceling the camera, a failed save, or a saved no-photo safety record does not use the allowance. After that, monthly or lifetime access enables unlimited new photos. Existing records remain available without a plan.
To recover access, open Photo access and choose Restore purchases. Apple subscriptions can be managed in iPhone Settings under your Apple Account.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Where are my records? Cases, drafts, photos, and saved records are stored privately inside CivilStamp on this iPhone. Apple may include app data in device backups according to the device owner’s backup settings.
What if location is unavailable? CivilStamp saves the result reported by iOS, including denied, unavailable, or low-accuracy states. Check CivilStamp’s location permission in iPhone Settings.
What does Delete all records remove? It removes cases, drafts, saved records, and private evidence stored in CivilStamp. It does not cancel purchases, erase exported or Photos-library copies, remove Apple backups, or reset the included-photo count.
