GET STARTED
Open CivilStamp and complete onboarding if shown.
Use the photo button on the opening screen. Take the photo, review it, and complete the requested details before saving.
Open Records to review a saved record or add it to a case.
Choose Share PDF to save or send a readable copy.
PHOTO ACCESS
The first 10 successfully saved records containing a photo are included. Canceling the camera, discarding a draft, a failed save, and saving a record without a photo do not use this allowance. Deleting records does not restore the allowance.
Monthly or lifetime access enables unlimited new photos. Existing records remain available without a plan. To check an existing purchase, open Photo access and choose Restore purchases. You can manage monthly renewals in iPhone Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions.
Buying lifetime access does not cancel a separate monthly subscription. Cancel its renewal in Apple Subscriptions if you no longer need it.
WHERE ARE MY RECORDS?
Cases, unfinished drafts, photos, and saved records are stored privately inside CivilStamp on this iPhone. CivilStamp does not upload this evidence to a developer-operated server.
Keep separate exported copies of records you need before replacing your device or removing the app. Apple may include app data in device backups according to your settings. A copy saved to Photos may also sync through iCloud Photos. CivilStamp cannot recall copies that have left the app.
WHAT IF LOCATION IS UNAVAILABLE?
Check Location Services and CivilStamp location permission in iPhone Settings. Review the location information shown with the photo and record an accurate explanation when asked. Denied permission or a disabled setting does not establish that a location signal was unavailable at the site.
WHAT DOES DELETE ALL RECORDS REMOVE?
It removes cases, drafts, saved records, and private evidence currently stored in CivilStamp. It does not cancel purchases, erase exported copies or copies in Photos, remove Apple backups, or reset the included-photo count.
WHAT DO INTEGRITY CHECKS SHOW?
They check whether saved files match the record. They do not prove the truth of an observation, the accuracy of device time or location, lawful service, or court acceptance.
