Classified by Jameson Medical, diseases in Civitown are random events that can spread through the cause of drinking contaminated water, eating infected food, and other means such as human to human contact. While many of Civitown's diseases are fatal, some are nothing more than an inconvenience. Diseases are not limited to only spread, and can be caused through genetics, and other more natural means. These diseases can still be fatal but cannot spread.

Antipyretics: Comes in different classes (C1, C2, C3) which is how high and more potent the dosage is. Treats high fevers, which can prevent seizures. Overuse can result in contagious diseases to spread much faster in the body.
Antiemetics: Comes in different classes which is how high and more potent the dosage is. Treats vomiting and can speed up recovery. Overuse does nothing.
Xyquil: Xyquil is a broad-spectrum antibacterial made by Jameson Medical. It works by killing off bacteria, however healthy bacteria can be affected as well. Inappropriate use of Xyquil can cause vomiting, and contagious diseases to spread faster in the body.Â
Virula: Virula is a broad-spectrum antiviral made by Jameson Medical. It works by boosting the immune system's response when it is infected with a disease and can prevent more severe symptoms. It should be taken immediately after being exposed to a disease or after symptoms show up. If the disease has already progressed, Virula is ineffective. Overuse can cause severe damage to the body.

Hemmarheapathy: Hemmarheapathy is in the family of hemorrhagic fevers and is spread through contaminated water, and contaminated meat, as well as bodily fluids. It comes in types A, B, and C. (C is not documented due to how rare it is) A is the least deadly, while C is the most. General symptoms of the disease are a fever, cough, and body aches. As the disease progresses, patients may experience vomiting, sweating blood, bruising and internal hemorrhaging, seizures, permanent vision damage and/or blindness, and death. Treatments for this disease is the prescription of Virula, a broad-spectrum antiviral, as well as supportive care to improve chances of survival.
Common Cold: An inconvenient disease that has not been well documented by Jameson Medical. It is unknown how the disease is contracted, as it cannot spread from person to person, however symptoms are usually a simple fever and body aches. More symptoms can arise as well. Vomiting is not a common symptom. Treatments are bed rest, but in more severe cases, Virula can be prescribed as well.
Progressive Cornea Loss (PCL): PCL is a genetic disease that progressively causes blindness. There is no actual cure, and surgeries have proven only slightly effective in reversing the damage. Sadly, much is unknown about PCL as it is a highly rare disease.
Abhorrent Homeomorphosis Syndrome (AHS): Abhorrent Homeomorphosis Syndrome, more known as AHS is the phenomenon characterized by the infection and rapid changing of a human's appearance and mannerisms to that of Abhorrencius Aquatius. By the Jameson Medical Commitee of Diseases, (JMCD) AHS is not an officially classified disease and should not be feared as it is increasingly rare due to Echo-10 efforts.
