• Civerium Legislature
Our Civerium Legislature creates documents, rules, and legislations to follow in the group. They also handle confidentiality.
• Technical Services
Technical Services handle all sorts of things such as sites, groups, discords, and more. They are the technology-branch of Civerium and they help set up anything that requires the previously mentioned work.
• Public Representation
The Department of Public Representation handles all representation to the public and sometimes even carries this out by sending social media posts and group shouts. They not only communicate with the public and send their requests to higher-ups, but they are also capable of hosting events such as game nights.
• Ethics & Safety Agency
Above all else, our E&SA department handles any third-party or internal issues regarding safety and security. E&SA is proficient in stabilizing cases related to our studio, cracking down, and figuring out issues, as well as encouraging safety among peers.

• Operations Committee
The Operations Committee is the communicative management branch of Civerium, they are the direct communication line between groups and Civerium. They directly help with getting the word out and coordinating groups as well as Civerium itself to ensure that everything is working efficiently.
• Executive Officer Committee
The Executive Officer Committee oversees every department's high ranks, and their respective department, and initializes changes and reports based on it. They are also the most capable of managing third-party Civerium project operations and will sometimes even be in third-party groups as officials alongside the Project Lead.
• General Administration Officer
GAO's oversee departments and ensure their functionality and integrity.
GAO's are hand-picked from their respective departments.
