The City of Dorrance is now offering the option to have your monthly city utility bill sent directly to your email! It’s an easy and convenient way to stay on top of your city bill!

Want to make the switch? Contact the city clerk by phone 785-666-4459 or email (cityofdorrance@hbcomm.net) and provide your preferred email address.

Residents can express concerns or report issues in whatever way is most convenient for you:

Come into the city office, give us a call, send us an email, or fill out our online complaint/concern Form

The form can be used for a variety of city-related concerns, including:

Water or sewer problems

Utility issues

Parks or city property

Animal concerns

Trash or sanitation issues

Property or neighborhood concerns

Suggestions or other city-related concerns
