Recital Checklist

One-Stop Checklist leading up to Recital Day! 

• Initial next to your dancer's name on the List in the Lobby to ensure their name is spelled correctly for the Recital t-shirt.  This needs to be done by MARCH 30th! 

• Tights order forms are due to the front desk by March 28th! All female dancers are required to order, cash or check only. Forms are at the desk or available here

• Recital tickets will go on sale on April 18th at 12pm. The front desk will hand out codes to get into the ticket sales beginning April 13th. Your account must be at a $0 balance in order to receive a code. For the first 3 days, ticket sales are limited to 8 tickets per dancer per show.  Tickets are $24 each, or $28 for priority seating (the 1st 3 rows). • The sign up for backstage helpers will be going up in the studio soon! If you wish to be a backstage mom, please stop by the front desk to review the expectations and sign off.  Backstage moms do not need a ticket for the day of the Recital (you will be able to watch your dancer perform from the side of the stage in the auditorium).

• Check into your Class Specific Info page regularly! Information regarding their dress rehearsal, picture day and show orders will be added in as schedules are finalized as well as class videos of their dances, and stage placement for our younger classes (so you can buy your recital tickets for the correct side of the auditorium!).

• Recital t-shirts (to wear for the finale) can be ordered here. T-shirt sales run from 4/3-4/20!

• Program ads can be ordered here.  This site closes on 4/30!

• Recital trophies can be ordered here. This site closes on 5/9!

• Flowers and stuffed animals can be ordered directly from the vendor here. This site closes 6/5!
