call for papers

CIST 2022 will take place in Indianapolis, Indiana on the campus of IUPUI. We invite original research in all areas of Information Systems and related fields that seek to address issues related to the conference theme: "The Crossroads of Information Systems".

We look forward to developing a conference program that is representative of the diversity of work being done within Information Systems (and related fields) towards solving the pressing problems of today and tomorrow.

We also encourage submissions from socio-technical IS researchers examining the intersection of technology and organizations, those using computational social science methods to analyze digital trace data, as well as the community of researchers using behavioral theories to guide data analysis and experiment design.

CIST 2022 is currently planned as a hybrid conference. Attendees can participate in-person or remotely. Presenters should plan to attend the conference in person. However, exceptions can be made for those who are unable to travel.

Paper submissions will open on May 28, 2022. All submissions will be accepted electronically. Please see submission instructions, restrictions, and important dates below.
