The COVID-19 pandemic means that many of us are staying at home and sitting down more than we usually do. It’s hard for a lot of us to do the sort of exercise we normally do. It’s even harder for people who don’t usually do a lot of physical exercises. But at a time like this, it’s very important for people to be as active as possible.

Separate raw and cooked
Cook thoroughly
Keep food at safe temperatures
Use safe water and raw materials.
If COVID-19 is spreading in your community, take some simple precautions to stay safe, such as keeping physical distance, wearing a mask, keeping your room well-ventilated, avoiding crowds, cleaning your hands, bending your elbows when you cough, or covering up with a tissue. Check the recommendations for where you live and work. Give it your all!
