I am a Metallurgical Engineer by formal education (B. Eng. and M. Eng. at McGill University). I worked in various different provinces and countries within the Mining and Metallurgical industry. I then had the opportunity to specialize in Operational Improvement, including Lean and Six Sigma, where I progressed up to the Master Black Belt level. First as an employee and then with my own company, I enjoyed providing teaching, coaching and project support to clients all over the world. I have been fortunate to practice my skills across technical, R&D, operational and corporate environments..

I enjoy overseeing event planning and leading social media strategy for both our company and our clients. I’m passionate about building authentic brand presence, crafting engaging content, and connecting with audiences in meaningful ways. This role allows me to blend creativity with precision while helping amplify our brand voice—including strengthening our connection with the Francophone community.
