I am a co-organizer and co-founder of the Directed Reading Program at Spelman and Morehouse Colleges, established with Yewande Olubummo (Spelman College) and Ulrica Wilson (Morehouse College), Fall 2021 - Spring 2026. Over its five-year tenure, this initiative supported over 95 undergraduate and mentor participants and was sustained by competitive grants and institutional funding from Spelman, Morehouse, the American Mathematical Society (AMS), and the National Science Foundation (NSF).

In September 2021, I co-organized a special session of lightning talks by early-career women mathematicians for the AWM We Speak! Monthly Virtual Talks Series. We Speak! was a monthly virtual talks series that celebrated the 50th anniversary of the AWM and featured talks by women who have made a difference in the landscape of math, through their research or outreach.
