Biji Wong

I am an NSF MPS-Ascend postdoctoral fellow and a Griffiths Assistant Research Professor at Duke University. My sponsoring scientist is Adam Levine.

I work in low-dimensional topology and gauge theory, with applications to bordered and Heegaard Floer homologies, 3-manifolds, exotic structures on 4-manifolds, and knots. I am always happy to chat about research and opportunities for collaboration.

Previously, from Sept 2020-Jan 2022, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics, working with Aru Ray. From Sept 2017-Aug 2020, I was a postdoctoral researcher at CIRGET, Université du Québec à Montréal, working with Liam Watson and Steve Boyer, and an instructor at McGill University.  I completed my PhD in May 2017 at Brandeis University, advised by Danny Ruberman.
