Circuit Ball Manager is provided for personal and non-commercial entertainment use.
You may play the game and use its available features in accordance with these Terms of Service and applicable laws.
You may not attempt to exploit, interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the game or its online services in a way that could negatively affect the game, its developer, or other players.
Circuit Ball Manager, including its game systems, interface, graphics, logos, text, fictional clubs, fictional players, and other original content, belongs to the developer or is used under appropriate licences.
You may not redistribute, sell, copy, or commercially use game assets without permission.
Circuit Ball Manager primarily stores career progress locally on your device.
Certain information may also be stored through Unity Gaming Services for features such as Cloud Save, community voting, bug reports, and feedback.
While reasonable efforts are made to protect player progress, the developer cannot guarantee that save data will never be lost, corrupted, or affected by updates, device problems, operating system changes, or third-party services.
Players are responsible for maintaining access to their device and local game data.
Some features of Circuit Ball Manager use online services provided by third parties such as Unity Technologies.
Online functionality may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, service outages, changes made by third-party providers, or other circumstances outside the developer's control.
The main game may continue to operate without these optional online features where technically possible.
Players may voluntarily submit bug reports, suggestions, and other feedback through the game.
By submitting feedback, you allow the developer to use that feedback to improve, modify, develop, or otherwise work on Circuit Ball Manager without requiring payment or compensation.
Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information through the feedback system.
Circuit Ball Manager may receive updates that change gameplay systems, balancing, features, user interfaces, compatibility, or other parts of the game.
Features may be added, changed, replaced, temporarily disabled, or removed as development continues.
The developer does not guarantee that every feature will remain permanently available or unchanged.
The developer aims to keep Circuit Ball Manager functional and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The game may contain bugs, technical issues, balance problems, or other unintended behaviour.
Circuit Ball Manager is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect losses, lost progress, lost data, device problems, service interruptions, or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Circuit Ball Manager currently does not contain third-party advertising.
If advertisements, optional purchases, or other monetisation features are introduced in the future, relevant information and terms will be updated where necessary.
Access to online features may be restricted if a player intentionally abuses, attacks, exploits, or interferes with the game's online systems or services.
Players may stop using Circuit Ball Manager at any time by uninstalling the game.
Use of Circuit Ball Manager is also subject to the Circuit Ball Manager Privacy Policy, which explains how game and online-service data may be processed.
These Terms of Service may be updated when Circuit Ball Manager changes or when legal or service requirements change.
