Circuit Ball Manager respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the game, why it is used, and what choices you have regarding that information.
Circuit Ball Manager does not require you to create a traditional account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other direct contact information in order to play.
The game uses Unity Gaming Services for certain online features. When these services are used, Unity may process technical information such as a unique anonymous player identifier and IP address.
Circuit Ball Manager uses Unity Authentication to create an anonymous Player ID.
This allows online features to identify a returning installation without requiring you to create an account with a username, password, or email address.
Anonymous authentication is used for features such as Cloud Save, community voting, bug reports and feedback.
Most Circuit Ball Manager career progress and game settings are stored locally on your device.
Certain game-related information may also be stored using Unity Cloud Save. This can include information such as:
Club information
Player and roster information
Ranking and progression summaries
Community Roadmap votes
Technical information required to operate online features
Cloud data is associated with your anonymous Unity Player ID.
Circuit Ball Manager includes features that allow players to submit bug reports and feedback.
When you voluntarily submit a report, we may store:
The message you wrote
The selected bug or feedback category
Game version
Platform
Relevant game screen or game context
Anonymous Unity Player ID
Date and time of the submission
This information is used only to investigate problems, improve Circuit Ball Manager, respond to player feedback and maintain the game.
Please do not include passwords, financial information or other sensitive personal information in bug reports or feedback.
Circuit Ball Manager may allow players to vote on proposed game features.
These votes are associated with an anonymous Unity Player ID so that one player can maintain or change their vote.
Roadmap voting does not require your name, email address or other direct personal information.
Circuit Ball Manager is primarily designed so that its main career gameplay can function without a constant internet connection.
An internet connection may be required for optional online features such as:
Cloud services
Community Roadmap voting
Sending bug reports
Sending feedback
Other online features that may be introduced in future updates
Failure to connect to an online service should not prevent access to the main offline gameplay where technically possible.
Circuit Ball Manager uses services provided by Unity Technologies, including Unity Authentication and Unity Cloud Save.
Unity may process information required to provide these services according to its own privacy practices.
Circuit Ball Manager does not sell player personal information.
Circuit Ball Manager currently does not contain third-party advertisements or use an advertising network.
If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the relevant app-store data disclosures will be updated before or alongside that change.
Local game data remains on your device until it is deleted by you, removed by the operating system, or the application data is cleared.
Information stored through Unity Gaming Services may remain stored after the game is uninstalled.
Bug reports, feedback and related information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate issues, improve the game and maintain development records.
You may request deletion of data associated with your Circuit Ball Manager player profile.
You can make a request by:
Using the Send Feedback feature inside Circuit Ball Manager and writing DATA DELETION REQUEST, or

Additional information may be requested when necessary to identify the anonymous player data associated with your installation.
Circuit Ball Manager does not knowingly ask children to provide direct personal information such as their name, email address, home address or phone number.
If you believe that personal information belonging to a child has been submitted through the game's feedback or bug-reporting features, please contact the developer so the information can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.
Reasonable measures are used to protect information processed through Circuit Ball Manager and its online services.
However, no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
