This artifact is an overview of why I am in college. It explains my strengths and skills and includes things I need to improve upon. I am including it as it also talks about my chosen career, what I hope to accomplish, and how EI is important to becoming a counselor.

Writing this paper helped me further understand how biology and the environment a person develops in impacts their emotional well-being as adults.
I will continue to use this skill to help others become better versions of themselves by looking for key factors in the past that may be causing unwanted behaviors and thought patterns. I will also be able to look at genetics as possible influences on how people respond. By doing so, I will be able to develop more rounded treatment plans that are personalized to each client.
PSY 328 Module Three Activity Template.docxIn this paper, I evaluate how personality traits, mainly extroversion and introversion, affect the work environment.
I was able to seek an understanding on how my personality of being extroverted affects my ability to communicate, lead, and work with others. I was able to investigate the strengths and weaknesses of both traits and determining how each can work together.
I will continue to observe myself and others in various situations in an attempt to identify this trait. Then, I can apply what I know to adjust my communication tactics and the approach I use as a way to better relate with those I work with.
