Hi! I'm Cindy Barrios and I am running to represent the children and families in Area 1 on the Huntington Beach City School District Governing Board.   Not sure if you live in Area 1? Here's a map of all 5 areas in HBCSD.

I'm a mom of 2nd and 5th grade boys and I understand the worries and stresses that come along with parenting in the current political and social environment. School should be simpler. If elected, I plan to work to keep political and social agendas out of our classrooms and focus on creating a positive learning environment for kids and teachers. HBCSD has great schools and together we can keep making them better.
