- Measurement of micro-mechanical properties: residual stress, interfacial adhesion, elastic stiffness, plasticity, fracture, fatigue properties, etc
- Techniques development for evaluation: electrostatic-actuator based measurement, Nanoindentation-based measurement, ultra-low force loading test, etc
