Himeji No.2 Thermal Power Station (Kansai Electric)
Kansai Electric Power’s Thermal Power Stations
Himeji No. 2 Power Station is located in the center of the Harima Coastal Industrial Zone in the southern part of Himeji City and is the largest thermal power station of Kansai Electric Power Co.Himeji Castle (world heritage site)
Himeji Castle, situated in the city of Himeji, is regarded as the finest surviving example of prototypical Japanese castle architecture, comprising a network of 83 rooms with advanced defensive systems from the feudal period.
The castle is frequently known as Shirasagi-jō ("White Egret Castle" or "White Heron Castle") because of its brilliant white exterior and supposed resemblance to a bird taking flight.

Historic Okazaki-Keage Area, Keage Power Plant
Japan’s first hydroelectric power plant for utility services
Includes a yudofu lunch in a historic Okazaki-Keage area where Lake Biwa Canal flows that fed Japan’s
first hydro power. Many tourist attractions including Nanzenji temple are located within walking distance.
