Presenting a poster is optional but highly encouraged!

The poster session (1:30–2:30 pm on May 6) will take place via Remo, and participants will present their posters using the whiteboard function (instructions for uploading media here).

Posters should be a single PDF when presented (unfortunately, it won’t be possible to show multiple slides). We recommend that you make your final poster as small as possible (~10 MB or less) for optimal display on Remo.

We would appreciate you to upload posters the latest Tuesday, May 4 before the summer school to this Dropbox folder.

We highly encourage participants to add audio to their posters for embedded explanations. To add an audio to a PDF file can be done in two clicks and it could greatly improve the way others learn about your research. Please see here for some quick instructions if you are using Adobe Reader (it is also possible to use another recording format if that works better for you, for example Zoom, to record a video of yourself presenting).
