On August 31, a powerful 6.0 magnitude earthquake struck Afghanistan, followed by multiple aftershocks that devastated remote mountain communities in several provinces. More than 2,200 lives have been lost, thousands are injured, and entire villages have been reduced to rubble. As winter approaches, families are facing urgent needs for shelter, food, and medical care.

World Renew is responding to bring emergency assistance to those most affected. We invite your church to join in this response by praying for those impacted and giving generously to support relief efforts. Your church may consider holding a special offering or simply sharing this giving opportunity with your congregation. Here are some ways to give:
