Captain (CPT) Spaulding's Biography

Doctor Keisha L. Spaulding was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky and enlisted in the Army in October 1996. Upon completion of Basic Combat Training, CPT Spaulding graduated Advanced Individual Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina as a Personnel Information Management Specialist (75F). At the rank of Sergeant First Class with eleven and half years of service, she graduated Officer Candidate School in July 2008 earning her commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Adjutant General Corps. 

Captain Spaulding’s duty assignments include:  Battalion SIDPERS Analyst, 18th Personnel Services Battalion, Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Quality Assurance NCO, 3rd Soldier Support Battalion, Fort Stewart, Georgia; SIDPERS NCOIC, 509th Personnel Services Battalion, Camp Stanley, Korea; Group Schools NCOIC, 3rd Personnel Group, Fort Hood, Texas; MILPO NCOIC, 15th Personnel Services Battalion, Fort Hood, Texas; 1st Cavalry Division Casualty Liaison, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington District of Columbia; DTAS NCOIC, Human Resources Command, Alexandria, Virginia; Aide-de-Camp, Human Resources Command, Alexandria, Virginia; Company Executive Officer, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 4th Battalion, 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard); Company Commander, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, NTMA-CSTC-A, Camp Eggers, Afghanistan; Operations Officer, US Army Recruiting Battalion – San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas and Battalion Adjutant, US Army Recruiting Battalion – San Antonio, Texas. 

CPT Spaulding has completed the following military schools: Primary Leadership Development Course, Adjutant General Corps Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course and Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course, Adjutant General Officer Basic Course at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Captain Spaulding holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Excelsior College Albany, New York and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University Mount Pleasant, Michigan.  Captain Spaulding also has a Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Leadership at Aspen University.

Her military awards and decorations include: Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (2OLC), Army Commendation Medal (4OLC), Army Achievement Medal (5OLC), Army Good Conduct Medal (2 knots), National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (award numeral 3), Army Service Ribbon, Army Overseas Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon and the NATO Medal.  

Captain Spaulding is married to Mr. Tim Higdon of Nashville, Michigan. They have five children: Timothy, Enedina, Daniel, Donovan, and Fridah; they currently reside in San Antonio, Texas.

MSG (R) Terry Ceasor

Master Sergeant Terry Ceasor assumed duties as the Army Instructor for the Winston Churchill High School "Charger" Battalion in June, 2022.  He was born and raised in Florida, and graduated from Maynard Evans High School in 1989.  He is married to his beautiful wife Tressa and has two adult children, Chelsea and Caleb.     

MSG Ceasor enlisted in the United States Army in August of 1989 as a Power Generation Equipment Repairer, and served on active duty for 26 years. During his military career he served in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Germany, Korea, Ft Knox, KY, Fulda Germany, Ft Sam Houston Tx, and Ft Stewart Georgia.  During his enlistment period he change careers from a Power Generations Equipment Repairer to an United States Army Recruiter.

Master Sergeant Ceasor holds an Associates Degree and an Bachelors in Science/Marketing from Columbia Southern University.
