個人教學理念為「體驗是最好的學習」，藉由探索學習模式，促進學生在「突破自我與團隊合作」上之學習。為完成大學教師所肩負的教學、研究與服務多項任務，個人定位是「利用教學涵蓋研究，透過研究精進教學，進而推行至社會服務實踐」，因此，結合實際教學場域的實驗課程，一方面進行知識傳授，另一方面也進行學術研究，行有餘力，進而推行社會服務之實踐。基於上述理念，曾經或現正開設之課程如下：

Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that “Experience is the best way to learn.” Through experiential and adventure-based learning, I encourage students to challenge themselves, collaborate with others, and learn through reflection and practice.

As a university faculty member, I strive to integrate the three core missions of teaching, research, and service. My approach is to integrate research into teaching, enhance teaching through research, and extend academic knowledge into social practice.

To put this philosophy into practice, I design experiential and field-based courses that connect academic knowledge with real-world learning environments. These courses not only provide students with meaningful hands-on learning experiences but also serve as authentic contexts for academic research. Insights generated through research are then brought back into the classroom to continuously improve teaching and learning. Whenever possible, I further extend these efforts beyond the university by translating teaching and research outcomes into community engagement and social service.
