With the characters and stories designed with learning in mind, first teaching resources and interactive materials were produced based on “Chuck and the Farm Pond” and “Chuck and the Sparkling Water”.
Alongside each animated story is a teaching plan which includes worksheets, interactive files and coloring books.
Carefully designed to cover many areas of the national curriculums, separate trials were carried out in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, and received enthusiastic feedback.
The principle was to encourage young children's awareness of the big world they live in.
The bright and easily accessible resources are designed to provide teachers with simple but flexible cross curricular materials which support young children’s understanding of important environmental issues.
