• What is your art process like?

For commissions, I first want to establish the basics. What you want drawn or designed, what your budget is, what your shop's theme/style is & other important info needed to get this made right. You'll receive a price quote based on these questions. Once paid, at least in half, the sketching stages will start. Layout, rough & then refined sketches will be shown to you for approval. You'll receive later WIPs as well during the lines, flat colors & final versions. You'll be able to request revisions throughout the process but major revisions later on may be declined. If you aren't happy with the final result, tell me & we'll make it right.

• What programs & materials do you use to make your artwork?

I use Procreate & Nomad Sculpt on my iPad Pro for digital artwork & 3D sculpting. I use Copic markers, Bimoji Fine tipped pens & XPress blending paper for my traditionally drawn artwork.

• How can I contact you?

• What do I do if I'm not happy with my commission?

Please reach out to me! Send me a message and let me know what the issue is & what you'd like changed. I want to make things right.

• Why don't you allow refunds?

Unless there's an error on my end, I don't allow refunds. Especially if it's after a commission is finished or during the process. I can't get back the time I spent on that piece.

• What can I do if I want to change something about the commission?

First step, contact me! While major revisions will likely be declined if it's at a later point in a project, minor adjustments are much easier to do. If you'd like a major revision, you may end up being charged.

• Do you personally offer printing for artwork or stickers?

No, I don't. I just make artwork & 3D model sculpts. Any printing or commercial product production needs will have to be sourced elsewhere.

• How often do you work & check messages?

I work on Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm CST. Business emails & other messages are only responded to during weekdays. If something needs my attention urgently, please reach out to me!

• I saw you post personal or other commissioned art. Does this mean you aren't working on my project?

Not at all! Creativity comes in different bursts & some days I feel inspired to do different things. I want to give you my best work so I work when I know I can do my best on your project. Sometimes it takes time to get your project drawn right & I care about the quality of your commission. I want to ensure that your project is the best work I can make. If you would like a status update on your commission, please contact me.
