The College Board’s Big Future is a free, comprehensive resource that helps both students and parents to make college planning easier. They provide parent action plans from middle school through each year of high school and information on financial aid.

CWL hosts free virtual college fairs and information sessions to help you and your child learn more about different colleges and receive expert advice on admissions and paying for college.

Our Fantastic Coronado High School Counselors have done a great job of compiling numerous scholarships as well as provided helpful links for Testing.

FSA gives parents the information they need to save for college, learn about financial aid, and help their child complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). FSA also provides in depth resources on college and financial aid in both English and Spanish.

Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA) is used to collect information to help determine eligibility for state financial aid programs that are administered by institutions of higher education in the state of Texas. Students that are classified as a Texas Resident who cannot apply for federal financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) are encouraged to complete the TASFA.
