Becoming an officer is an amazing experience that provides students with the opportunity of learning in areas like leadership, personal growth, communication, and teamwork. Calexico FFA is proud to provide each member with the same opportunity to become an officer. The advisors are dedicated to preparing students to hold a position in the officer team and will help the students in every step during their year of service.
Students holding an officer position at Calexico FFA should be able to adapt, connect, and interact with every situation and person During their year of service numerous challenges will be presented, from absent officers on meeting days to even last-minute changes in activities. Because being an officer requires so much dedication and love for what one is doing the following traits are very important to have:
