I've had the privilege of contributing to game projects for over three decades, and I am genuinely grateful for the opportunities that have come my way. Serving as a playtester for Steve Jackson Games on GURPS projects provided me with insights into game mechanics and storytelling, shaping my understanding of the RPG landscape.

In my own independent work shown here at Chrysalis Creative Endeavors, I have been able to explore a variety of designs. I've met a lot of great people who have helped me with these ideas. Through these experiences, I've come to the realization that I value the more collaborative aspects of game design work, and that I am not inherently a business-driven person.  This is why you will probably never see a Chrysalis Creative Endeavors game on a shelf at you local big box store (and they will probably cost more due to print on demand pricing.)

As a contributing author for Gooey Cube, I've had the chance to contribute to the world of Zyathe' through playable races like The Fzou'ud, The Inzandra'az, The Faermatra’az and The Scundruze, aiming to add diversity to storytelling. Additionally, I've been fortunate to work on larger projects like the Eastern Verdestia Sourcebook by leading the development of the Sovereignty of Vanzentea and The City of Darkenhaven Box Set, where the Flaxen Wagon Alley came to life.

I look forward to any future opportunities to contribute to other game design efforts with gratitude for the experiences, lessons. and new friends I'll gain along the way.  Reach out if you have a project and are looking for a contributor or designer.

Stay creative, kind, fun-loving,

Corey Papastathis
