Dec 2025: Prof. Sriram Kanvah was elected to Board of Governors (BOG), IIT Gandhinagar. The appointment is for 2 years, from 1st Jan 2026 to 31st Dec 2027.

Dec 2025: Gayatri won the Best Poster Award at the Frontiers of Engineering in Healthcare, hosted jointly by IIT Gandhinagar and GTU, Ahmedabad, on December 10-12, 2025.  Congratulations Gayatri!

Oct 2024: Shabnam Mansuri presented her research at JNOST-XIX (7-9 October 2024), hosted by IIT Gandhinagar, and received the Best Poster Award. Congratulations, Shabnam!

August 2024: Congratulations to Gaurav Rawat for winning the Bhalodia-Khetan Summer Research Excellence Award in the Science category, receiving Rs 50,000 and a certificate of excellence for his outstanding research during SRIP!

April 2024:  Mohini Ghorpade won the Second prize (poster award) for her work during the ACS International Science Chapter inaugural Asia-Pacific Regional Higher Education student's academic poster competition, (March 20-23, 2024) .
