CHRMO - Mandate

• Promote harmony/rapport in the office and other offices as well

• Recommend, initiate in-house trainings and seminars relative to the personnel development intervention of the City Employees

• Facilitate and act promptly on the request of the Local Chief Executive on personnel matters

• Provide machineries to vent employees grievances and installing employees discipline

• Act promptly on the request of employees in securing records of personnel matters

• Update the Personnel Management Information System of the agency and likewise inventory of government personnel and same be made available to the City Officials and Employees

• Deal with fair and justness to all employees regardless of their rank in the workplace

• Entertain walk-in job applicants with utmost courtesy regardless of their status and tribe affiliation in the community

• Ensure that clients leave the office with smile and satisfied of our services

• Conserve energy in the office
