How? - Become an Instructional Coach within the Bright Horizons Company (Current Employer), Work as an ECE instructor with a community college, college, or university.
Become a Certified Positive Discipline Instructor.
How? - Attend a Positive Discipline Course, attend an advanced certification training course, and finally begin leading/assisting with courses.
