Digital Etiquette is the understanding of conducting yourself properly while on the internet. It is important to consider yourself and others when using devices, as information on the internet cannot be erased, once it is out there. Students should also learn the difference between talking with fellow students, and speaking with an instructor or parent, via the internet.
Example: Text messages or emails exchanged between students and teachers should be composed accordingly. Students should learn that they should use complete sentences and refrain from "text talk" when digitally communicating with teachers.
