The following self-directed learning module was a project in teacher's college that I have since re-vamped and polished. The module discusses stress and burnout, signs and symptoms, stigma towards stress management, prevention and coping strategies, mindfulness activities, and importance for educators.
AUDIENCE: Educators / Future Educators

Educators are experiencing high levels of stress and burnout, negatively impacting their well-being and effectiveness in the classroom.
Develop an eLearning module that teaches stress management techniques and mindfulness practices, providing educators with practical tools to manage stress, improve mental health, and enhance their teaching performance. Include infographics.
By the end of this module, learners will be able to:
Identify common sources of stress in the educational environment.
Recognize the signs of burnout and take preventive measures.
Apply techniques for managing and reducing stress.
Incorporate mindfulness practices into their daily routine.
