Football/Other Sports

I've been playing football for 15 years now, and yes it's called football, not soccer. I fell in love with the game at a very early age. At first glance it looks like such a simple sport, yet it is a very difficult sport to master. The passion, the glory, and the heartbreak is truly unmatched. I am very grateful to my dad for introducing me to the beautiful game and my mom for always supporting me every game; although she hated when I would finish a game with a black eye or with bruises on my legs. They gave me an emotional outlet and for that I will always be thankful. Unfortunately, my dad retired a couple years ago, and I wanted to thank him in a special way. I convinced him to come back, and with my brother's help, we decided to start a team. Long story short, we won our first trophy in our first season. The smile I saw on his face that day is something I will never forget. I've also done boxing and Tae Kwon Do in the past. I learned a lot of from those sports like self-defense, discipline, patience, and humility.

Music/Cars

Outside the classroom, I also love listening to music. It makes me feel secure and comfortable. Some of my favorite artists include Rod Wave,  Junior H, Mac Miller, Polo G, Ivan Cornejo, and Gunna. One of my favorite things to do is go to the park early in the morning or in the late afternoon, blast music through my headphones, and play some footy with my brother. Combining the two things that I love a lot is very therapeutic for me. My major was initially Automotive Technology, so it should come to no surprise that I love cars. I was first interested in cars when I played racing games with my friends. As we grew older, our interest in cars grew as well. I have so many favorite cars, but I'm a big Nissan fanboy. My top 3 dream cars are all Nissan and they are the Nissan S15, Nissan 350z Nismo, and Nissan R35 GTR.

My Pets

Growing up, I had all sorts of pets, from rabbits to parrots, dogs, cats, roosters, and chickens. Now I'm left with a dog and 4 roosters. My dog, Chapo, is a Belgian Malinois and he's only 2 months old. I went to the dog shelter one day to look at them. I wasn't planning to adopt that same day, but I ended up taking him home and he's been great so far. My roosters I've had for a couple years now. My most recent rooster is a Silkie named him Jeff. One of my sister's friend gifted it to us and I wish I can say he's been great too, but he always has attitude.
