Welcome

Hey,

I am Christian, a Postdoc at the University of Copenhagen.  Until Sept. 2026, I was a PhD-student under the supervision of Wolfgang Lück at the MPIM  in Bonn.

Researchwise, I am interested in Homotopy Theory and its interplay with Geometric Topology. To be concrete, I work on moduli spaces of manifolds, smoothing theory and algebraic K-theory.

In my free time, I enjoy playing the clarinet.

Jointly with Thomas Blom, Connor Malin and Peter Teichner, I organized the conference Interactions between higher algebra, manifolds and functor calculus, which took place May 18-22, 2026.
